1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the x8bet Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by x8bet. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

x8bet permits only one registered account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you have lost access to your account, contact x8bet support to recover it rather than creating a new registration.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x8bet login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify x8bet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. x8bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

x8bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other persons will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to x8bet's verification requirements. x8bet aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and volume of requests.

x8bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the x8bet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). x8bet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

x8bet offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. x8bet reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

x8bet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

x8bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to your account and are subject to active wagering will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

6. Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

All games available on the x8bet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

x8bet uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, x8bet will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle bets fairly. x8bet's decision on bet settlement in such circumstances is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by x8bet

x8bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a directive from a regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your x8bet account at any time by contacting x8bet support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. x8bet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as specified in the fee schedule published on the Platform.
